In this semester, we're designing a boutique hotel theme with an extra services which no one have ever come across. There is 8 of us in the class which means there is 8 types of different kind of boutique hotels along the shop lots selected by our lecturer, Mr. Kelvin Ching. Our site is situated at Skudai, Johor Bahru. Below will be the site pictures of the site model of our site integrated with our miniature site model.

This site model consist of total of 4 A0 size base and constructed with brown board, polystyrene sheets, one ply modeling board, satay stick, and others. The ideas of the landscape is came out by 3 of us, namely by me, Zoe Ee and also Jasper Cheng. However, the one that executed the ideas into CAD drawings is only me and most of the modifications as well.
As I was being assigned as the leader of the model making group, I have divided the job scope into few groups:-
- existing building constructors - concentrate only on building up the existing building
- vegetation - handle all the vegetation
- overall landscape constructors - execute mostly all parts of the landscape
And the result of the model are as shown in the pictures above.
